Who we are

ADEPT e.V. was founded on 29 January 2017 in Weilheim an der Teck. The registration in the register of associations of the district court Stuttgart took place on 23.03.2017. The association ADEPT e.V. consists of thirteen ordinary members, who come from different professional directions. We are all united by the goals of ADEPT e.V. Each of us contributes in different ways to the achievement of these goals. The following team members and voluntary workers are regularly active for ADEPT e.V.:

  • Gabriele Rolfs - Chairwoman of the Board
    Project Management, Fundraising, PR, Cooperation, Strategy
    Professional Experience: Many years of experience in development cooperation with Africa; Freelance journalist Teckbote; Head of music school Music School Lenningen e.V. (VdM); State Examination: Protestant religion, French, philosophy, pedagogy.
  • Dr. Jürgen Dambrowski - Deputy Chairman / Financial Management
    Professional Experience: Retired CFO Tooltechnik Systems
    Previously active as board member/managing director/commercial director in various companies, including WKN AG; Süddekor Group; Index Group; Robert-Bosch GmbH
  • Dr. Christian Rolfs - Member of the Executive Board
    IT, Administration, Project Consulting, Strategy
    Professional Experience: Currently CEO of TTS Tooltechnic Systems AG&Co.KG; prior to that CEO of Süddekor 2D Holding Laichingen 2000 - 2013; prior to that at Robert-Bosch GmbH with various management positions.
  • Denis Kalyango - Africa Coordinator
    ADEPT Uganda / Project Management
    Professional experience: Currently school inspector of the Diocese of Masaka, Uganda; responsible for international cooperation at Masaka Diocese Education Commission. Many years of experience in development cooperation and project management.
  • Iris Neuss - Administration and accounting; sponsorship programme; data protection
    Work experience: Bank clerk/ Apprenticeship and work experience at Bausparkasse Wüstenrot. Association activities: many years of involvement in several associations / treasurer, auditor, trainer, collaboration in various projects.
  • Winfried Rindle - School methodology training
    Work experience: Retired headmaster of the Realschule in the Bildungszentrum Wühle, Weilheim an der Teck, lecturer at the Staatl. Seminar für Lehrerbildung, Reutlingen, training teacher at the Pädagogische Hochschule Ludwigsburg, first-aid instructor at the DRK. Experienced in Africa through four years of teaching as a development aid worker at St. Pius Seminary, Makoko, Musoma, Tanzania as well as numerous stays in various African countries.
  • Antonie Schmid - Support for the sponsorship programme
    Professional experience: Business woman in wholesale and foreign trade at ulrich medical, Ulm, several years of work and residence abroad, administration in a socio-educational association
  • Julia Rolfs: IT Support, Project Work
    Professional experience: Consultant at cognitivo GmbH; previously assistant to the management at LAVA GmbH & Co. KG, and Consultant at Meritus Business Advisors. Degree: M.Sc. in Business Administration
  • Roman Dengler - Project work
    Professional Experience: Consultant for Multichannel Management / Digital Sales at Sparkassenverband Baden-Württemberg, first experience in development cooperation in South Africa; Degree: M.Sc. in Management with focus on Controlling & Consulting
  • Matthias Rolfs - Coordinator help alliance/Lufthansa Group
    Professional experience: Consultant at Lufthansa Consulting; commercial pilot at OLT
