2021 - 2024: Implementation of STEP at St. Mathias Mbuye Agricultural College
In February 2020 the introduction of the STEP Entrepreneurship Training was started at the vocational school in Butende through the initiative of ADEPT. The headmaster of the vocational school is enthusiastic about the project and sees the STEP program as a great opportunity for his trainees: "The STEP entrepreneurship training will change the way we do things, especially among the younger generation. If it is implemented well, the training definitely offers a great opportunity for our students to look at things in a completely different way. We are committed to doing the best we can."
The Implementations are supported by the Beurer Foundation, ELM Recycling GmbH & Co. KG. and Erbacher Foundation
The Student Training for Entrepreneurial Promotion (STEP) is a project of the Leuphana University of Lüneburg which was developed in cooperation with the Makarere Univesity Business School in Kampala. STEP is an entrepreneurship training with the aim to strengthen the entrepreneurial skills of young people.
